SHIPPING POLICY
Postage
Most items are sent via Collect + 2-3 day delivery however we reserve the right to select the most appropriate carriage. In some circumstances, parcels may be split over two packages. Spend over £30 and UK postage is free.

Click & Collect
Order online and you can Click and Collect your order from us within 24 hours. When placing your order, please select Click and Collect at the checkout and you will be sent an email or text to confirm that your order is ready for collection. Please wait for us to confirm your order is ready to be collected. Next day Click and Collect service is available from 20 Hammonds Green, Totton, SO40 3HJ over selected hours.

International Postage
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer international postage

Delivery
Most items are kept in stock ready for immediate dispatch and will usually be posted within 24 hours.

Pop Up Shop
We are at hoping to run Pop Up Shops twice a month in Hythe and Totton. If you would like to order something specifically, you can order through our website or give us a call on 07540236132 and collect from us when we are at the Pop UP. You can find the list of upcoming dates at the bottom of our page.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Pre-posted Order Cancellation
If the order hasn't been dispatched, you can cancel the order at any time and receive a full refund.
Cancellation and Refunds
If your order has already been posted but you change your mind, you have up to 14 days from receiving your order to return the items to us. Please note that goods must be returned in a perfect, saleable condition. If you have received any items as part of a special offer or promotion as part of your order, these must also be returned. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and we recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting.
We cannot be held responsible for refunding returned items that get lost in transit. Once we have received the goods back, we will issue a refund within three days of their return. In the event a mistake on our part has been made, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return postage.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Order Fulfilment
Whilst we make every effort to make sure we only display items that are currently in stock, there are some instances where products may be temporarily unavailable. If any of the goods purchased are not in stock, we will contact you immediately with the option to cancel your order or wait for new stock to arrive. Please ensure you provide us with contact details so that we are able to contact you.

Quality of Service
Customer service is extremely important to us at Forest Yarncraft, and we make every effort to provide our customers with a first-class service. If you have any concerns please contact us and we will try our best to assist you.

Payment
All card payment transactions are handled and processed securely by Wix Payments or Paypal through the website. We do not store or handle your card details. If you are using the Click and Collect option, you can pay in advance online or when you collect your order. We can accept either cash or card payment on collection.
